Daemons vs Orks - 1750pts
This weekend I played one of the guys that works in my local GW store, Tim. He used the new Ork Codex. This was to be my first ever game against the Green Horde of the Waaaagh!

I've started work on the second Contemptor while I wait for new grass effects to turn up to finish of the first one.
Metallic and Gold components finished, I'm now working on the Purple parts.

The first Contemptor is pretty much finished.I have added dust weathering to the feet but you can't really tell with the photos, so I shall add some more.

Daemons (Slaanesh) vs Daemons (Tzeentch) - 750pts
At the Queensland Gamers Guild meet up last weekend I played against another Daemon army, what I thought was a fluffy Tzeentch list. The gamer was trying a list for an upcoming event called ForceZ in Brisbane, which is 5 games at 750pts over the course of one day with each game limited to1hr 15mins.
This is going to be a quick report, as a lot of the pictures I took were sadly blurred, and we were rushed towards the end of the game to get it finished before midday.

30K: Building My Emperor's Children - Part Three Elites
Time to move on to the Elite choices. The Force Org chart for the Age of Darkness (30K) allows up to 4 choices in the Elite spot. Which is great, because there are many great options for this slot. As discussed previously, I'm using the Pride of Legion Rite of War which makes Legion Terminators and Legion Veteran Tactical squads troops. So no need to discuss again here. So what are the other options?

EC: Contemptor Dreadnought Update - Weapons Complete
I've completed the weapons for both Contemptors. I have one more Kheres Assault Cannon to build and paint, but I did not enjoy assembling them with my large fingers.... I have some weathering to do on them still (nozzle burn marks), but I'm awaiting delivery of the pigment powders.
